It is one thing to know your niche inside and out and know that you want to AND can help them. Understanding your product funnel and implementation are key to getting your message out there.
I would guess that everyone knows what to do (sort of) but don’t know HOW to do it.
I like to think about:
- What is the role of my website? Is it clear and to the point?
- What are the components to a great pink spoon offer and how do I set it up to work all the time? How do I measure its effectiveness?
- How do I plan a teleseminar series? What components do I need to have ready in order to put on a free teleclass and a paid teleseries?
- What pages, autoresponder messages, broadcast messages and other copy do I need before I can launch a program?
- What is a Signature System and what is my Signature System?
- Understanding how to build relationships with my network using an effective email campaign.
- Understanding how social media fits in with your plan.
- Do you have a blog – written, video, audio? Do you have an editorial calendar?
- Do you have an ezine or newsletter?
- What is my product funnel? I know I want to move away from 1:1 coaching but how? What are my product options?
- VIP Days or Intensives or Mastermind groups?
- Platinum Programs and high value 1:1 programs?
